OUR STORY

Originally from Virginia, President, Mark Dickerson grew up with a tool belt around his waist as part of the family construction business. After time in the US Marine Corps, which cemented his strong moral values and dedicated work ethic, he branched out on his own and established New Image Roofing. In order to ‘get to Texas as fast as he could’, he moved the business to Houston in 2005 and started from scratch, building up his reputation for high quality work, professionalism and excellent customer service. The business grew as satisfied customers referred him to friends, family and neighbors.In 2013, Mark’s wife Alexandra, originally from the UK, joined the business to help keep up with the growing demand for locally based, high quality service and together they form a formidable team, skilled from both a technical and sales perspective. They are flexible and able to be perfectly aligned with customers needs, be it with an insurance claim, or simply with replacing an old roof and provide high quality, personalized care to each project.

A WORD FROM MARK...

I founded this company in 2003 based on my passion for solving problems and my genuine desire to serve and help people.

As President of New Image Roofing, I am in charge of business development, sales and quality control. I’m also involved in every project from the first call until completion and inspection of the work performed. This hands on approach means we will never be the largest company, though this is not the plan. We simply want to be the best.

Using my background in roofing system design and home building, I combine my eye for design with my mind for construction. I recognize that the Texas roofing industry lacks certain regulations and controlled standards, leaving a tainted reputation in the minds of many consumers.

Most roofers have access to the same materials. However, it is our skill and talent in designing and constructing a roof system as well as our genuine desire to treat people with courtesy and respect, that sets us apart. At New Image Roofing, we bring an entirely new level of knowledge, expertise and customer service to each job.
